Volunteering is more than just helping—it changes lives, both for the people in need and for those who give. During my time in Uganda, I saw firsthand how vital medical support is for communities in remote areas. I met Dr. Fredmay during a medical outreach, where his dedication to helping others truly inspired me. Doing good brings people together in incredible ways—I’m still in touch with many I met there, and during my time in Uganda, I even found my best friend. This experience showed me that even small acts of kindness can bring hope and create lasting bonds that go beyond borders.
