Through mentorship, leadership training, talent development, and faith-based guidance, WESHARE is nurturing a generation of responsible, skilled, and purpose-driven youth.\r\nOur Empowerment & Skills Development Program supports vulnerable youths, teenage mothers, women, and caregivers through practical training, mentorship, entrepreneurship development, financial literacy, leadership training, and talent nurturing. By creating opportunities for personal growth and income generation, we help individuals move from dependency to self-reliance.\r\nEvery amount you give can change a life and can bring about the difference in the life of that young person, that teenage mother who feels left out. The 2-Days August Youth Convention is one of the flagship annual gatherings bring together 200 young people every year from diverse backgrounds for a powerful experience of inspiration, learning, faith and transformation.\r\nThis convention is designed to equip adolescents and youth with life skills and business, leadership values, health awareness, and spiritual grounding. Through engaging sessions, mentorship encounters, and interactive discussions, participants are empowered to discover purpose, strengthen character, and make informed life choices. It also provides a safe space to address real challenges affecting young people today, including mental health, relationships, peer pressure, and identity.\r\nBeyond inspiration, the Convention serves as a catalyst for action�raising young ambassadors of change who return to their communities equipped to lead, serve, and positively influence others.\r\nThe August Youth Convention is more than an event�it is a movement shaping a generation with vision, resilience, and purpose.\r\n

Learn the basics in our local language! Uganda has over 100 tribes speaking different languages; commonly most people are able to speak English and Luganda. It can be interesting just in case you wished to grab your mind in a few Luganda versions, our Hospitality team is more than willing to take you through all this and we believe it will such a memorable and wonderful experience for you. Every child deserves a chance to dream, learn and Grow, but for many children in Uganda, Poverty stands in the way of accessing even the basic education. At WESHARE Uganda Child Foundation, we believe Education is not only a privilege- It�s a right. Through our Sponsor a Child Program, you can directly transform a vulnerable child�s life by ensuring access to Quality Education, nutritious meals, Healthcare and a safe, supportive learning environment. Many of these children are orphans or from low-income households, facing barriers that threaten their future before it begins. With your consistent support, we bridge that gap�restoring hope and creating opportunities for brighter futures. At WESHARE, we believe that Good Health is the foundation for Education, Productivity and brighter futures. Our medical Program also priotizes communities where Health care services are hard to reach and slum areas where many people are prone to diseases, bringing essential healthcare services closer to vulnerable children, adolescents, teenage mothers, and underserved families who often face barriers to accessing quality medical care. Working with a compassionate team of Doctors, nurses, counselors, social workers, psychologists, we offer free medical services including; o Community medical camps o Child Health care (Immunization, Deworming, Vitamin A supplementation for all children below 5 years) o Health screenings (Cancer awareness and screening, Blood pressure and blood sugar screening) o Maternal and child health support (with free mama kits) o Sexual and Reproductive Health Awareness and Health Education o HIV/AIDs Prevention campaigns o Referrals for specialized care Every medical outreach is an opportunity to restore hope, prevent illness, and improve lives. By Providing Health education, routine screenings, maternal and Child Health support, and Preventive care services, we help families make informed decisions about their well-being. Through partnerships with friends, well-wishers, and healthcare volunteers, WESHARE continues to create healthier communities where children can learn, young people can thrive, and families can look to the future with confidence. Our medical program is a holistic program, that we happen to interact with many young people (young girls and boys), who are our main focus. Within these ages, there have been increasing rates of new HIV infections, increasing rates of early pregnancies and increasing rates of school dropouts. Together, we are not only treating illnesses, we are building healthier lives and stronger communities.
